In our pilot kilns, we’ve implemented waste‑heat recovery systems and closed‑loop effluent treatment, reclaiming thermal energy and recycling spent refractories back into new formulations. Continuous inline gas monitoring and strict controls on dust and exhaust gases ensure zero emissions of hazardous by‑products.
