Product & Technical Specifications

Our CNC machining capabilities:

– Tolerance: ±0.5mm for critical dimensions (ISO 286-2)

Our ceramic fiber boards (1260°C grade) have a thermal conductivity of 0.12 W/m·K at 600°C. Custom low-conductivity formulations are available for energy-intensive applications.

We offer acid-resistant castables, acid-resistant bricks, alkali-resistant bricks with zirconia additives, and chrome-free solutions for slag resistance. Request our corrosion resistance comparison chart.

Our product range covers applications from 800°C to 1800°C. High-purity alumina bricks withstand temperatures of up to 1850°C, while insulating firebricks are optimized for environments ranging from 1260 °C to 1430 °C.

Ordering Process

Full Traceability Package:

– Country-specific customs clearance support

T/T, LC at sight. 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. Long-term partners may qualify for 60-day credit terms (subject to approval). Negotiable.

– Boxes taped, edge-guarded; stacked on ISO-certified pallets (1.5T max).

– Secured with steel strapping, labeled Fragile/Dry + QR codes.
