We carefully select and blend raw materials—minimizing clinker‑forming agents—to develop low‑cement and insulation‑grade castables that cut carbon emissions during high‑temperature firing. In our pilot kilns, we’ve implemented waste‑heat recovery systems and closed‑loop effluent treatment, reclaiming thermal energy and recycling spent refractories back into new formulations. Continuous inline gas monitoring and strict controls on dust and exhaust gases ensure zero emissions of hazardous by‑products.

Key Measures

Safety is deeply embedded in our R&D—from lab bench to production line. We rigorously test every new formulation for respirable silica content, replacing high‑dust raw materials with engineered alternatives. Ergonomic mixers and light‑weight insulation castables reduce manual strain during installation. Our Technical Department collaborates with certified occupational health experts to institute real‑time air‑quality sensors, annual health screenings, and dust‑suppression workflows, driving our R&D unit to a record of zero reportable incidents.

Quality Benchmarks

Every ARM product—HY‑CAST, HY‑RAM, HY‑SET and insulation bricks—is born from strict R&D protocols and validated against international standards. Our in‑house labs conduct ASTM‑compliant testing to measure mechanical strength, thermal performance, and dimensional stability. Field trials in steel, cement, and petrochemical plants across Southeast Asia complete our feedback loop, ensuring that our formulations deliver unmatched durability and performance under real‑world conditions.
