Refractory Castables

Refractory castables are manufactured under our registered brand name: HY-Cast and is a powder and aggregate mixture that, when mixed with water, can be poured or trowelled or gunned in place.

We produce a wide variety of refractory castables with differing levels of insulating value, strengths, alumina content and properties to cover all particular operational needs and temperature.

✓ Conventional Dense Castables

✓ Insulation Castables

 Low Cement Castables

✓ Non-Wetting

Plastics are manufactured under our registered brand name: HY-RAM and is a mixture of refractory materials prepared in a stiff plastic condition. It is generally rammed in place with a pneumatic hammer, which is also referred to as “ramming mixes”.

We produce a wide variety of plastic refractory products ranging from air and heat set to phosphate-bonded and vibratables which is highly effective in the application of furnace roof, side walls and burners.

Specialty Precast Shapes

We are a manufacturer of all sizes, shapes and qualities of specialty precast shapes. In addition to manufactured shapes, we are able to cast any shape in-house based on clients’ requirements.

Insulating Firebrick

We produce and manufacture ten types of insulating firebrick for use in applications from 1200ºC to 1650ºC. All our insulating firebricks are made from high-quality refractory clays before being machined to precise tolerances.

Insulating firebrick products are suitable for use in hot surface refractory linings or as back-up insulation for industrial furnaces due to its lower heat storage which leads to a reduction in operation costs by saving energy.

Refractory Mortar

Refractory mortar is manufactured under our registered brand name: HY-SET and was developed to match both our dense and insulating firebricks in various service conditions.

They are supplied as ready-to-use wet blends and develops good strength upon air drying, therefore forming a strong structure to the brickwork with minimum shrinkage or expansion.
